Day 31…Weightloss Progess in Review

Hello Fat To Fit Fans,

Day 31…January 31, 2008 

Well today is the last day of the month and I finally made it.
Starting this weightloss journey was a little scary.

I have tried lossing weight every other day for the past 5
years and something just seemed to keep getting in my way.

That something was and is ME!What makes this time any different?
I’m am not really sure but something does feel
different. I feel different. When I’m on the treadmill
I am feeling different. Determined.
When my alarm goes off in the morning I no
longer hessitiate. I get up, put on my clothes and out
the door within 10 minutes.

I admit, prior to 1-1-2008 my alarm would go off and
I’d lay there in bed just waiting for the feeling to pass and then
go back to sleep. Then of course it was too late to
go to the club and exercise.

No…
This time is different. I am different. I am more focused.

I am more determined. This time I have a goal that I really
NEED, Want, and Desrie to accomplish…

Bloood Presure: 117/86

Heart Rate: 87

Energy Level (1-10) - 8 
Emotional Attitude: Optimisitc but feeling overwhelmed with to much to do
work wise.

Food Choices:
Breakfast: Pro Lean Shake, Food bar

No Chips - No Dip - No Candy - No Cake!

Day 27…It’s a Struggle…

Hello Fat and Fit Fans,

Yesterday I had a bad day. I was really pissed off that I didn’t
lose more weight. I have been working out consistently and well
at the gym.

I didn’t binged on cookies, cake or candy…
You know tha basics…Just kidding!

I did have a sandwwich with bread and extra high protein
food bars though…

So now I am seeing a pattern.  About every 6-7 days I get
challenged and stressed and thus, I tend to over eat.

The good news is, I’m choosing better foods than before January 1, 2008.

The lesson is, just keep marching forward, keep my head to
the grind stone and don’t take any 1 day or week personal.
Also, I wasn’t able to be in touch with my trainer to talk
thropugh this…He was away for the weekend.

My girlfriend Vickie has been so supportive and
encouraging. She see’e my struggle, and it is a struggle.
Right now it is anyway.

So later today, I’ll be going back to the gym and then tomorrow
continue with with mountain…

Day 24…Lost 1/2 a Pound

Hello Fat and Fit Fans,

I’ve been alternating my treadmill habbits…
The past couple of days I have slowed down my speed
but increased my incline level and I am feeling the results…

More sweat for sure…

Starting Weight: 348.5
Todays Weight: 327.5
Total Weight Loss To date: 21 lbs.

Starting Waist Measurement: 62
Today: 59.5

Treadmill: 45 minutes
Speed: 2.0 - 2.5
Incline: 8 -10
Calories Burned: 549

Day 23…I’m on Track!

Hi Fat and Fit Fans,

I lost another 3 pounds from yesterday!
Hip-Hip-Hurray!

I felt like I’ve been working really hard but found out some of
my food choices have not been the best…

Starting Weight: 348.5
Todays Weight: 328
Loss From Yesterday: 3 lbs
Total WEight Loss To Date: 20.5 lbs

Exercise:

Treadmill: 45 Minutes
Speed: 2.0-2.5 mph
Incline: 8-10
Calories Burned: 548

Day 22…I lost 3 pounds!

Hi Guys,

I got a beauty of a blister on my foot…
Check it out!

It hurt a bit but I’m still walking through it.

My guy Scott Sanchez gave me a little tweak to my diet and it looks
like I am back on track!

Starting Weight: 348.5
Todays Weight: 331
Total Weight Loss To date: 17.5 lbs.

Exercise:
Treadmill: 40 minutes
Speed - 2.0 - 2.5
Incline - 5-10
Calories Burned: 519

Day 21…

Hi,

Well I got on the scale ans weighed in at 334 lbs!
Yup…Gained 4lbs. from last week…

I talked with Scott Sanchez, my trainer and we are tweeking
my diet  to be more complex carbs…

Day 20…I’ve been out of town

Hi Fat and Fit Fans!
I just got back from LA…I did a lot of walking but not on the treadmill.
I was at a music convention and walked for5-6 hours a day the last 2 days…

I’ll be weighing in tomorrow…
