Today I went to the gym. I lost 2 and ahalf pounds!
Yipee!

My attitude is good and I feel strong…
Before making a committment to start this weightloss
journey again I was already nervous.
I had the what if’s….
What if I don’t feel like working out?
What if I go off my diet?
What if I binge?
What if I cheat just a litte?
What if…
What if…
What if…
Well it is Day 2 and as of this moment I feel fine.
I feel like I am on track.
