Day 3…I Didn’t Want To Get Up Today!

DAY 3: January 3, 2008

I had my alarm set for 7am to go to the gym
and workout,
but I hit the snooze button!

Then at 7:15 I hit the snooze button.
Then at 7:30 I hit the snooze button.
Then at 7:45 I hit the snooze button again!
 
I just didn’t want to get up and go to the gym.
It is cold for Las Vegas and I just did’nt want
to get all dressed up and drive to the gym…

I heard that little voice inside saying, ah,
just stay in bed and then shower and start working…

At 8am my alarm went off again and I jumped out of
bed.Rushed to get my gym cloths on and drove to the gym.

As soon as I get there I weigh in…
Starting Weight
: 348.5 lbs.
Todays Weight:   341 lbs. (Hip-Hip Hurray!)
Yes, I lost 5 pounds since yesterday!

Exercise:
Treadmill: 47 Minutes
Speed: 2.5 -3.0 mph
Miles: 2.01
Calories Burned: 389

Blood Pressure: 137/91
Heart Beat: 89

I was shocked that I lost 5 pounds in a day,
but I’m happy.

That’s all for now…
