Day 8…Back on track.

Loading...This is the first morning that when my alarm
went off I didn’t hit the snooze button.
I got right up at 6:30 put on my gym clothes and
was out the door in 10 minutes.
Starting Weight: 348.5
Todays Weight: 334
Total Weight Loss: 14.5 pounds
Exercise:
Treadmill: 60 minutes
Speed: 2-5-3.0 mph
Miles: 2.69
Calories burned: 450
Blood Pressure: 124/80
Heart Beat: 72
I am really excited to see my blood pressure
going down. This is really good! What a difference
a week makes!
