Day 10…I Had Some Potatoe Chips!

Hello Fat and Fit Fans,DAY 10…January 10, 2008Yesterday I felt the urge to eat some things off the diet…
Yup…I had a handful potatoe chips and a handful of pretzels.

I have to keep focused and remember:
No Chips, No Dip, No Soda, No Fried…

 Today was a good workout day.

Starting Weight: 348.5
Todays Weight:  333
No Change from yesterday.

Exercise:

Treadmill: 65 Minutes
Speed: 27-30 mph
Miles: 3.10 Miles
Calories Burned: 595

Blood Pressure:  130/85
Heart Beat: 78

My trainer Scott Sanchez is coming to town later tonight.
I’ll be seeing him tomorrow.
