Day 23…I’m on Track!

Hi Fat and Fit Fans,

I lost another 3 pounds from yesterday!
Hip-Hip-Hurray!

I felt like I’ve been working really hard but found out some of
my food choices have not been the best…

Starting Weight: 348.5
Todays Weight: 328
Loss From Yesterday: 3 lbs
Total WEight Loss To Date: 20.5 lbs

Exercise:

Treadmill: 45 Minutes
Speed: 2.0-2.5 mph
Incline: 8-10
Calories Burned: 548
