Day 27…It’s a Struggle…
Hello Fat and Fit Fans,
Yesterday I had a bad day. I was really pissed off that I didn’t
lose more weight. I have been working out consistently and well
at the gym.
I didn’t binged on cookies, cake or candy…
You know tha basics…Just kidding!
I did have a sandwwich with bread and extra high protein
food bars though…
So now I am seeing a pattern. About every 6-7 days I get
challenged and stressed and thus, I tend to over eat.
The good news is, I’m choosing better foods than before January 1, 2008.
The lesson is, just keep marching forward, keep my head to
the grind stone and don’t take any 1 day or week personal.
Also, I wasn’t able to be in touch with my trainer to talk
thropugh this…He was away for the weekend.
My girlfriend Vickie has been so supportive and
encouraging. She see’e my struggle, and it is a struggle.
Right now it is anyway.
So later today, I’ll be going back to the gym and then tomorrow
continue with with mountain…
