Day 36…I Lost 3.5 Pounds!
Hello Fat and Fit Fans!
Day 36… February 5, 2008
After my super bowl binge I had to re-focus…
This big lesson from that is…
Prepare – Prepare – Prepare!
As soon as I got at the Hotel for the Super Bowl
I knew I was in trouble! There were several ballrooms
set up with large screen TV’s…
Then outside each ballroom was a small buffet style
food options…Hot dogs, Pizza, Sausages, Ssoda, Ice Cream…
I should have left or just said no to all of the options.
Well, I said yes and I gained 4 pounds! The problem was,
I said Yes 2 days in a row to making bad food choices.
Well today I got back on the horse and we’re marrching forward…
outside each ballroom.
