Day 51… I Lost 1 Pound!

Hello Fat and Fit Fans,

Day 51...February 20, 2008

It’s been a rough couple weeks. I had a good conversation
with Kevin Davis on Monday,and then yesterday, I had an
extenssive conversation with Olympic Trainer Scott Sanchez.

Bottom line…
Challenges are going to come up. I need to Plan for it.
Eatting should not be an option at those times.
If I need to eat at that time, eat broccoli!

Not my first choice, but the point is, I need to
impliment some new options.

I’ll record my future calls that I have with Scott
so you can also here them. He’s been through
7 Olympic Cycles and so he know knows about
stress…

Today I finally exercised…
Treadmill: 60 minutes
Miles: 2.34 miles
Speed: 2.0 – 3.0 mph
Level: 5.0 – 10
Calories Burned: 810

Blood Pressure: 131/83
Heart Beat: 75

Starting Weight on January 1, 2008:
348.5 lbs
Todays Weight:
328 lbs. 

Total Weight Loss To Date: 20.5 pounds

I feel good about my food choices and workout today.
