Still watching over my girlfriend Vickie…
Here eye got infected after it was scratched…
It is on the mend now, finally.
I did go to the gym late today.

Calories Burned: 614
In the 45 minutes on the treadmill I did have a good sweat.

Day 38…Couldn’t Go To The Gym Today…

Day 38…February 7, 2008
I wasn’t able to get to the gym today because my
girlfriend Vickie scratched her eyeball yesterday
and we ended up going to the emergency room
for about 6 hours…Until 2 in the morning…
It was bad…She will be in eye bandages for a few
days and then go back to the doctors…
However, my trainer by phone, Scott Sanchez, The
Olympic Trainer…Well he was in town for 2 days on
other business. I did get out this morning for about
30 minutes while to bring him back to the airport…
I did shoot a quick video with him in the car and restaurant…
Then I went straight home and have been with my honey
Vickie all day…
I will probably get back to the gym tomorrow…

After have such a terrible Super Bowl Binge weekend,
I feel good that I am right back on track!

Day 36…I Lost 3.5 Pounds!

Day 36… February 5, 2008
After my super bowl binge I had to re-focus…
This big lesson from that is…
Prepare – Prepare – Prepare!
As soon as I got at the Hotel for the Super Bowl
I knew I was in trouble! There were several ballrooms
set up with large screen TV’s…
Then outside each ballroom was a small buffet style
food options…Hot dogs, Pizza, Sausages, Ssoda, Ice Cream…
I should have left or just said no to all of the options.
Well, I said yes and I gained 4 pounds! The problem was,
I said Yes 2 days in a row to making bad food choices.
Well today I got back on the horse and we’re marrching forward…
outside each ballroom.

Day 33…I Went Off My Diet Last Night!

DAY 33…February 2, 2008
Yesterday, the day started off great but a situation came up late afternoon
which created some stress. I went off my diet by eatting a whole
Sub-sandwich and a few peppermint patties.
I hadn’t had any bread for about 18 days and I was dissappointed
that I ate the whole Turkey Sub sandwich and peppermint patties.
Got back on it this morning, and had my protien shake. Then some
tuna for lunch…
I got to the gym after lunch…My ankle was a little sore
and still is…I walked for just 30 minutes today and burned 405 calories.
I didn’t weigh in today…

Day 32…Fat Guy To Climb Mt. Kilimanjaro!

Yup…
MY goal is to lose at least 100 lbs and climb
Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania East Africa by end of August 2008…
I am publicly claiming it! I am going to climb one of the tallest Mountains
in the world!
Some of my friends and family think I am absolutly nuts.
They could be right!
The high peak of Mt. Kilimanjaro is 19,340 feet.I’ll write more on this over ther weekend…
