I went to the gym firs thing in the morning…
Treadmill:
Time – 30 minutes
Distance: 1.3 Miles
Calories Burned – 266
climbed – 50 feet
Average Speed – 2.45 mph
Then I had an Ham and Cheese Omlet for breakfast…
Just trying to get back on track and stay accountable…

Hi Fat and Fit Fans,
IT’s been a while since I posted but wanted to bring you up to date..
Well I weighed in today at 348 lbs, which is where I started
on January 1, 2008. Since then I ahve been up and down
with my diet and exercise…
I can tell you today I exercised and weighed in…
Exercise: Treadmill
Time – 30 minutes
Distance – 1.22 miles
Calories Burned – 204
