I went to the gym firs thing in the morning…
Treadmill:
Time – 30 minutes
Distance: 1.3 Miles
Calories Burned – 266
climbed – 50 feet
Average Speed – 2.45 mph
Then I had an Ham and Cheese Omlet for breakfast…
Just trying to get back on track and stay accountable…
