I Have Been Working Out…

Hi Fat and Fit Fans,

Yes I ahve been working out…

Tonight I did 25 minutes on the Treadmill.
Then did 3 sets of Leg Extentions. (Reps. of 15) 
Did 2 Set of Arm curls
Did 2 sets of side pulls
Did 2 sets of speed arm cycling…
