Day 191 – I Lost 4 Pounds!
Hi Fat and Fit Fans,
July 11, 2008 – Day 191
Got to the gym nice and early this morning…
I wasn’t in a rush to get back to work…
Vickie came with me this morning. She went swimming.
The biggest change in my treadmill exercise is
taking my hands off the handles as I walk.
It is definitly more difficult to walk the treadmill
on an incline with holding the handles.
Here are My Stats for the day…

Hi Fat and Fit Fans,
It is July 9, 2008.
Day 189 on this Weight Loss Journey…
This blog weight loss journey started on January 1, 2008
and I thought by now I would’ve lost a godd 70-100 pounds.
It has been a journey and contiues to be so…
The fact is I got down to 320 lbs. and have gained
most of it back.
Today I weighed in at 340lbs.
I am re-committing…Again!!!
————————————–
Here is a definition I found online:
re·com·mit (rk-mt)
re·com·mit·ted, re·com·mit·ting, re·com·mits
1. To commit again.
————————————-
Some people have asked me why I post my results.
Isn’t it embarressing? It’s not what i would call fun…
The reason I am doing this is that it is one way
of me being accountable.
So with that in mind…
I weighed in today at: 340 lbs.
Exercise………..
Treadmil:
Elapsed Time: 23:42
Calories – 195
Distance - 1.06 Miles
Average Speed- 2.70 MPH
Average Heart Rate – 108
I also got a little treadmil tip from trainer Zoe Albright.
She saw me on the treadmil and told me not to hold onto
the handles…I have always held onto the handles since
I started. Not holding onto the handles makes it harder!
Starting Today…
I am starting another challenge for myself.
From July 9, 2008 To December 31 2008.
That’s about 180 days…Roughly 6 months.
Todays Weight:
July 9, 2008 – 340 lbs:
6 Month Weight Loss Challenge Goal:
December 31, 2008 – 260 lbs
That’s 80 lbs…
My Ultimate Goal weight – 185 lbs
Keep me in your prayers…
No Chips – No Dip – No Cookies – No Cake!

Day 175…Should I Apply For the Dr. Phil Show?
Hi Fat and Fit Fans,
Today is June 25, 2008
Day 175…
Last week I was working at an event all week and
in the midst of that injured my left knee. So, I
couldn’t work out, again…
I am seeing patterns here.
I get off to a good start and get some momentum and then
something knocks me off my path.
Up and down and the Yo Yo continues.
Vickie my girlfriend is always trying to help me how ever she can.
Bottom line is, I haven’t been able to stay consistent for more
than 30 days at a time. I need help and don’t know what kind
of help I need.
I know I need to consistently make better food choices and exercise consistently.
My friend Scott Sanchez called me today and said that Dr. Phil was
looking for people that wanted to do his weight loss challenge.
Hey, I tried and sent out my tape to The Biggest Loser a while back
and they never even called or wrote any kind of response. I sent a video
2x.
Should I try Dr. Phil?
The good news is, it seems to be taking place in Las Vegas
which is good. I just don’t know what kind of time committment they are
looking for. I got to keep working to pay my bills.
As I’m writing this post, I realize I’ve got nothing to lose and everything
to gain. Yes I have a team of people that want to help me but most of
them are out of town.
Well, I am going to the gym in the morning and starting all over again.
And then, I’ll apply to Dr Phil Show.
I hate the idea of being embarrassed on national TV about
my weight but if it works, who cares. I need help.
Ok Dr. Phil…I challenge you.
Help me take my health back and lose 100 pounds so I can climb Mt Kilimanjaro!
See you Tomorrow,
Robby LeBlanc

I Went Swimming Today!
Hi Fat and Fit Fans,
June 12, 2008
My blood pressure is back under control, Thank God.
I didn’t go to the gym today but walked around my
neighborhood and went swimming!
I am back on a low carb style diet. I not only want to lower my weight, and blood pressure, but i’d like to eliminate blood pressure meds totally.
This will take a while but I don’t want any more incidents
in the doctors office.
That’s all for today…
No Chips – No Dip – No Bread – No Beer!

Back On The Treamill Again!
Hi Fat and Fit Fans,June 11,2008…
I hadn’t worked out much since my last blog. I was having problems with my blood pressure. Yesterday I woke up and my head was killing me.
Part of the problem was I recently had a blood pressure medication
change. Well, this one was not working for me.
My blood pressure this morning172/119! Ouch!
My head felt like it was exploding.
I ended up in my doctors office for 7 hours…
He and his staff took great care of me.
Finally with some new medication, it came down to 120/82
Then I went home and slept for almost 15 hours!
So today I fely really good.
My blood pressure today was 119/72…
I did go to the gym for 20 minutes. Here are my stats.
Weight: 333 lbs
Time: 21:00
Calories Burned: 175
Distance: 1 Mile
Average Speed: 2.8 MPH
I just wanted to get back on track again and let you all
know what was going on…
That’s All For Now,

Checking In…
Hi Fat and Fit Fans…
You know, I’ve got some really wonderful people following my
blog postings. When I don’t blog on a regular basis, they send me emails,
making sure I am staying on track.
I just want to say Thank You for your encouragement and support.
This weight loss project and journey is no doubt my most challenging
thing in my life right now.
We had a few personal health matters in our family
this past week so time has been shorter than usual.
Plus we had another friend that was diagnosed with
advanced brain cancer. Please say a prayer for Carol
and my Vickie…It’s been a tough week
I have been working out a little bit, and not as much as I should.
And haven’t been tracking all my stats daily.
As most of you know, I am a musician and will be performing
in San Francisco May-22-25 down town at the Hilton…
If your in the area stop by and say hello…
I will try to posting from the road…
That’s all For Now…
No Chips – No Dip!

Happy Mothers Day Poem…

A Mother’s Way

A mother is protective, when bad is near…
She watches over, til the danger is clear,
A mother’s love, knows no bounds,
She stays up late, just to hear their sounds,
A mother will hold you, when you’re sad,
She’ll rub your tummy, til you feel glad,
A mother’s job, is to help them grow,
She also teaches, they’ll reap what they sow,
A mother’s journey, a life long ride,
It is her children, to whom she is tied,
A mother will hug you, for no reason at all,
Out of the blue, you feel ten feet tall,
A mother encourages, and says you can do it,
Her children trust, she will help them through it,
A mother disciplines, when they go astray,
So when they grow up, they’ll be ok,
A mother is, a spiritual light,
That God trusted, to guide their sight,
A mother does, so many things,
It’s beautiful to see, when she spreads her wings,
They’re so important, we give them a day,
And that day is called, Mother’s Day !

Have a Blessed Day!
